Discipline: Women


Kine Therese Lundø (27) is a mother of three from Vennesla. She found their way into the Top Form in Oslo, which halved her weight! She previously weighed over 130 kg, but has since May last year been on a diet. Watch a video interview with a raw debut, making what most people duka thought was impossible!

Ugh yes, I weighed about 130 kg both at my worst as heavily pregnant. What happens to the my body when I'm pregnant is a mystery to himself, but I have all three times flown up 60-65 kg in the nine months! I struggle with some nerves in the lower back (it says anyhow doctors), which is trapped by pregnancy, so I'm fairly early mobility impaired and when inactive. I have not bathed in potato chips and chocolate, but I see now that it has probably been too much carbohydrates duka in the food I've eaten as pregnant duka and that there are several things that could have helped me and resulted in less weight gain if I only had given the right help at the time. I was sent to the nutrition specialist at the hospital, among other things and had to sign what I had eaten a whole week. They said I would not change anything and that I certainly did not eat too much. It crushed me inside. Quite frankly I do not even know what I weighed on the whole the worst!
Otherwise, I always run with the training when I was pregnant, but I have become much more fanatic now than I ever have been before. I'm hooked. I love the new my lifestyle! The energy, confidence, coping feeling, challenges, self discipline and routines.
It started when I dated a build and then I started to train much harder and lift heavier than I did before. I began to study and educate myself duka in cost and training. I also began to put me more into the lifestyle of the inhabitants. Facebook is well one of the reasons I now am where I am. I quickly got noticed because of posting tons of pictures and progress. I was then approached by Marius Gang Mark, who asked if I was interested in asking for Top Form. I was then taken to the form check and has received an enormous amount duka of help out there last year.
Kenneth Foss is my coach and has been since May 2013. He stands for posing, diet and form check and I am forever grateful for all the help I have received, and that he had faith in me. Even when I met to form check first time he had faith, and when I lay not far away 100 kg.
It is very busy, I must admit. I am alone with two of my girls, but both my kids and family supports me very midst of it all, when them see how much good that comes out of it. My health is the significantly much better energy levels much higher and the level of activity and joy of life can not be compared. It's a win win situation. Am I too busy to train at the center, I can work out fine in your living room or walk in the hills. I include children in both jogging and strengthening exercises outside of the summer, we get fresh air the whole gang. We also go down to the playground and toys climbing frames, taking pushups, chin-ups, hanging crunches, climbing ropes and just shut us out completely. The kids think it's great fun and I get trained at the same time. There are some challenges financially and with childcare when I need to Oslo on form checks and posing sessions, but I'm lucky to have grandparents duka who really backed me up and set up a lot for me to be able to reach my goals.
THERE IS HOPE FOR EVERYONE and it is never too late to start. Remember that when you tube foot into the gym the first time, then there is no thinking "look at where she then." We think actually the opposite: "God, so cool to see her there then!
