As Thomas We are two guys born in 79, Otto lives in Hume and I Vikersund. We spend as much time as we can go fishing, we fish mostly in Tyrifjord Øyern Mjøsa Vaeni and Sandebukta. But I also need to get me some sports, preferably football (Arsenal and estate). Otto does not like sports :-) We have fished as long as we can remember, but did not start trolling until 2008. And we were hooked pretty quickly, because we have never received so much and big fish. So it becomes the hunted new personal records throughout tia. Fair enough that there is sooo important technique when you lift heavy, but it is important al dente not to destroy himself! One thing is that many overweight makes good use of it and get a better health as endresultat, another is that many normal weight do the same by just aesthetic reasons - and the last, dangerous trend now is that young people should look like competitive athletes year.
I propose another way to get in better shape at; . Slim away the word "try" and "should", hang up words like "should" and "will". Slim away bad habits, put on your homemade food.
How much heavier do you feel not if you do not live every day with a genuine feeling of happiness? If you pretend to have a bad conscience, live through others, or constantly waiting for a new day to "improve" yourself. Whatever the cost will be.

Am so tired of all these Quick fix solutions as it is in all the magazines. Kine Therese Lundø (27) is a mother of three from Vennesla. She found their way into the Top Form in Oslo, which halved her weight! Ugh yes, I weighed about 130 kg both at my worst as heavily pregnant. What happens to the my body when I'm pregnant is a mystery to himself, but I have all three times flown up 60-65 kg in the nine months! I struggle with some nerves in the lower back (it says anyhow doctors), which is trapped by pregnancy, so I'm fairly early mobility impaired and when inactive. I have not bathed in potato chips and chocolate, but I see now that it has probably been too much carbohydrates duka in the food I've eaten as pregnant duka and that there are several things that could have helped me and resulted in less weight gain if I only had given the right help at the time. I was sent to the nutrition specialist at the hospital, among other things and had to sign what I had eaten a whole week. They said I would not change anything and that I certainly did not eat too much. But I can pull up the log now and say that the doctor I ended in the hospital, should have been fired! duka I think it is a shame that so severe duka obesity in young people should be as little duka seriously by health professionals. duka It was actually so bad that I'm on the latest health controls refused to weigh myself, to avoid having to go home and consider suicide. It crushed me inside. Quite frankly I do not even know what I weighed on the whole the worst!
Otherwise, I always run with the training when I was pregnant, but I have become much more fanatic now than I ever have been before. I'm hooked. I love the new my lifestyle! The energy, confidence, coping feeling, challenges, self discipline and routines.
It started when I dated a build and then I started to train much harder and lift heavier than I did before. I began to study and educate myself duka in cost and training. I also began to put me more into the lifestyle of the inhabitants. Facebook is well one of the reasons I now am where I am. I quickly got noticed because of posting tons of pictures and progress. I was then approached by Marius Gang Mark, who asked if I was interested in asking for Top Form. I was then taken to the form check and has received an enormous amount duka of help out there last year.
Kenneth Foss is my coach and has been since May 2013. He stands for posing, diet and form check and I am forever grateful for all the help I have received, and that he had faith in me. Even when I met to form check first time he had faith, and when I lay not far away 100 kg.
It is very busy, I must admit. I am alone with two of my girls, but both my kids and family supports me very midst of it all, when them see how much good that comes out of it. My health is the significantly much better energy levels much higher and the level of activity and joy of life can not be compared. It's a win win situation. Am I too busy to train at the center, I can work out fine in your living room or walk in the hills. I include children in both jogging and strengthening exercises outside of the summer, we get fresh air the whole gang. We also go down to the playground and toys climbing frames, taking pushups, chin-ups, hanging crunches, climbing ropes and just shut us out completely. The kids think it's great fun and I get trained at the same time. There are some challenges financially and with childcare when I need to Oslo on form checks and posing sessions, but I'm lucky to have grandparents duka who really backed me up and set up a lot for me to be able to reach my goals.
THERE IS HOPE FOR EVERYONE and it is never too late to start. Remember that when you tube foot into the gym the first time, then there is no thinking "look at where she then." We think actually the opposite: "God, so cool to see her there then!

It was therefore an insanely good sense nr today I easily took 80 kg in marklft.
I know there are many girls out there who have passed the 100kg limit the field for the longest time, but I've never been particularly strong in marklft, s for me this is crazy gy, I think that one comparing themselves among themselves, and focus on their own progress. zanussi S compared to myself this is lifted of 80 kg sublime, and I'm cannon fornyd!
Now I'm back home after a long day of practice, followed by training and cafe visit. Tonight will be a long long shower and a delicious dinner. I just do not know what to upper yet. For a years ago I took 70 kg in marklft first time I prvde, maybe not the best technique, but it came up constantly and I made more and more repetitions. S that stagnated at 80 kg a small period of time, plus I struggled a bit with the back, also I took a looong break from marklft. N I take 10 repetitions of 90 kg and 115 kg persa igr. In addition, I vary with sumo marklft and straight mark. This I have enough clear because I'm past the mental barrier in addition to that I have become stronger. I trained a girlfriend last week and she thought she only managed 40-50 kg in marklft. S I motivated her to take 60 kg, 70 kg s and finally 80 kg. Marklft For some upper technically difficult, but no one can make it right, slide it all the way up to her knees and shins (no matter how painful it makes hardens you every time) and you will succeed zanussi far more than you think you can. Take a little break from the usual marklften, Drive a little easier straight mark or sumo marklft, s I am sure p within one to two weeks that soon pivots 90 kg ^ ^ Good luck!
We've just eaten baked stpotet! Stpotet in the microwave zanussi on full blast for 7 min, fried lean minced beef and cheese from short and gratin zanussi in the oven. Serve with salsa, rmme, lettuce, guacamole, etc. ... NAM <3

These summaries have gone from being short overviews, to be long dissertations. But I remember so well when I looked through the posts for 2013, how I missed reading how I had experienced each session. Man does not exercise the joy in the figures, the need for words. And that is one of the main reasons I exercise: the immense pleasure it gives me. Because it's fun!
Monday: Frontbøy was the main course (exercise), and there were reps pers on both 50 kg and 70 kg, before it was two single lift of 80 kg, which was last week pers. Happy! brandt But bah, I automatically enters saktebøy when the front buoy becomes heavy, for I hesitate like that. Irritant. brandt To take a max lift, it is the advantageous not to do it to slowly lift the stop ... Oh well. Deadlift was next, which is always a real treat. Lovely how progress brandt there just skyrocketed after I learned quite right technique. Deadlift from very close, it was also, with five repetitions of 130 kg. Just a little tiring ... Tuesday: I was really brandt upset about Tuesday's bench regarded, because I feel there is some progress there currently. Thursday: Haha Haha Haha! Laughter describes the session well. Took a Saturday session - on a Thursday. Pressure, shock, power turns, pressure drag, rykkbøy, brandt chins ... And not least bicep curl 1 kg x 1 rep! Lovely bunch of training, so it was much talking, laughing and joking. Fun! No heavy weights, but a nice lekeøkt. + 6.5 km walk.
Saturday: 110 kg squat!! Milestone! Glory, so digg! Markløft up to 130 kg, followed by other small items. Ah, so much fun that is. The buoy felt right from the first set, so it was really a good bøydag. Flex is fun! Jiiiho!
Sunday: FINALLY progress in the bench! Tjohei! 61 kg, plus several heavy working set, followed by incline. A real good bench press session, that I never thought I would appreciate. Can also announce that the taking pushups with your hands on each kettlebell is ridiculously heavy, and I think exercise is insanely fun.

Yes, in fact there are 34 kg since the oldest man lying in the stomach. It is so insane that I went up so extremely much. Now it's 24 kg since Jacob was in the stomach, six months ago, and I're almost finished. Next time I get pregnant I will not go up more than 15 kg, all over the ONLY unhealthy and totally unnecessary. Mark my words!

My career as a fat guy is hereby over, although I have some way to go. It becomes part selfies now - I'm so jækla proud that it goes the right way.

A few years ago I had a separate exercise and diet blog (Fitit called it) - it had a great deal more readers than this. Maybe change lts course :).

Damn! Impressive like to share the recipe to lose weight .. I went up 26 kg with first husband of five years ago. When I was pregnant with second husband (who is 4 months) I was 10 kg lighter than when I was pregnant the first time but went up 22 kg even with super healthy diet and exercise until week 38! Now sit pounds BOM fixed (10 kg again to match weight) even though I exercise 4-5 days a week and eat healthy. lts I breastfeed, but does not help in weight to put it that way! Incredibly frustrating .. You mean to remember that I slid down in weight when I stopped breastfeeding the first time (took over a year!).
And Heidi over here, I did not lose ANY of breastfeeding, rather the contrary. Stopped off div reasons when Sweetie was 5 months, and then you know, when slid everything lts off. Have heard several say the same thing too, so not all flying weight of being dairy ;)
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with 20 g nuts, mulberries, lts goji berries, coconut flakes and some honey. Between: 1 questbar, lunch: smoothie with banana, blueberries, pineapple, almond milk, lecithin, coconut fat, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, spinach and protein powder. Dinner is usually pure meat with lots of green. Evening: buckwheat porridge with apple, low fat milk, coconut fat, chia seeds, protein powder. Eat 86% cocoa sjikokafe day (20-30 grams). Eating lts sweets on Saturdays. Always make ALL food from scratch
Unbelievable! You are so clever! I'm very curious to hear how you've done it. And wondering how you trained (how much / how hard / what possibly avoided) when you were pregnant with your youngest child. Keeps even to get rid of baby pounds from No. 1, and just found out I'm expecting # 2 now. :)
Yes, come with an own posts, are left with 6 kg sea after two pregnancies over 20 kg up, the last sitting a little extra good to I need inspiration to those of as exercise and food is something I feel I have met some wall on lately ... hope you have some good tips in a busy everyday :-)
