In today said my training that I was going up 100% in shock. wusthof The program calculates the percent of daily condition, and not one's personal best. This I have been reminded lately of my dad, and I think that is the reason that I have not had as much pep in your body after NM. I have worn the weights I really should have taken the blind, and Dad would therefore (I think) that I should be prepared that I possibly would not make my personal record in shock even though it was 100% of the program. Nevertheless, wusthof I said to myself that I'm not any worse than I've wusthof been before, wusthof I have not wanted to take me I actually are not as good now as I was when we had envisaged impression top. It is quite natural that I now - in the midst of a heavy volume training period - will not make the same result wusthof as I did in NM when I was in top form. But you know what? I DID IT!
